How Enrollment Works

Come see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and get a feel for the Sunshine Prep environment.

Complete Enrollment Form
Fill out our enrollment application with your child's information and your preferred start date.

Submit Required Documents
Provide immunization records, birth certificate, and any relevant medical or allergy information.

Welcome to the Family!
Once approved, you'll receive a welcome packet and your child's first day details.
What You'll Need
Please have the following ready when you come in to enroll.
Child's birth certificate
Up-to-date immunization records
Child's social security card
Completed enrollment application
Emergency contact information
Medical/allergy documentation (if applicable)
Custody documents (if applicable)
First week tuition payment
